We'll keep you up to date on your orders by sending you a confirmation email and another email when your order ships with tracking information. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your order anytime.
If an item is on back order, we'll contact you to let you know when it will be back in stock. You won't be charged for the item until the item ships.
If you'd like to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer care team at +353 1 6870905 or email customercare@yummie.eu. Please note that if an order has already been sent to the warehouse, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Additionally, once it has shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can always return items you don't want to keep.. Learn more about returns.
Shipping in the UK and Ireland is free on all orders over 75 Euro, delivery is next working day in Ireland and 2-3 business days in the UK. European shipping is calculated at checkout and typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
We only ship within the European Union.

If you're not absolutely in love with your Yummie purchase, we'll be happy to refund your money. Please contact (customercare@yummie.eu) stating your order number and reason for return for further instructions. Some important details:

  • Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with tags attached.
  • You're responsible for shipping charges. (Please note we can't accept C.O.D packages.)
  • Protect yourself from lost package issues by using an insured and trackable shipping method. Remember to record your tracking number.
  • We can't accept returns on worn items.
  • Due to hygene reasons we can't accept returns on underwear unless the item is faulty or returned in the original sealed package.
  • We also can't accept returns purchased from other retailers besides yummie.eu.
It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for us to receive your return. Once we have it, we'll look it over and process it. It typically takes 72 hours to apply the refund to your credit card account, but it can take an added 2 to 10 business days to post to your account.
