We love happy customers. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund within 30 days as per the policy below.
Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please email (email@example.com) with the subject "Defective item received". Please attach images of the damage/defect to expedite your request.
We don't currently offer exchanges.
