Returns & Exchanges
It's OK if it wasn't what you wanted.
We love happy customers. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as per the policy below.
Some important details:
- Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with all tags and labels attached.
- Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you receive the product. During the cooling-off period, the customer may cancel any order without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties other than charges incurred in returning the goods.
- Orders that have not been cancelled within the cooling off period of 14 days may still be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit only
- Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Please ensure to protect yourself by using an insured and trackable shipping method. Remember to record your tracking number.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. (Please note we can't accept C.O.D. packages.)
- Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
- We can't accept returns on any worn items.
- Due to hygene reasons we can't accept returns on underwear.
- An exchange forfeits the right to a refund, this does not affect your statutory rights.
- Returns from outside the EU must be delivered to us DDP and clearly marked "return product", any VAT,Duty or customs charges billed to us will be deducted from your refund.
- We also can't accept returns purchased from other retailers besides yummie.eu. If you have purchased something from another retailer, please contact them regarding a return or exchange.
Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject "Defective item received". Please attach images of the damage/defect to expedite your request.
We don't currently offer exchanges.
